Charming, very bright apartment with large terrace about 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk to Torremuelle train station. It is also within walking distance to a restaurant and café. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with nice views of the sea, mountains and green area.

We enter the spacious living room with large glass panels out onto the terrace in a lovely west-facing position with afternoon and evening sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a new oven and stove, there is also space to install a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower and window. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes and space for a double bed. From the bedroom, terrace doors lead out to another terrace/patio where you can advantageously put in a storage room or furnish it to use as another patio.
